Owner Daniel Harty began his construction career in 2002 with an opportunity to perform a gut renovation of the Historic Gramercy Townhouse in New York City, where he observed all phases of construction from start to finish. Realizing both a great interest in and aptitude for construction management, Daniel joined the team at highly-acclaimed construction management company Taocon Inc. Over a period of 12 years Daniel ascended to Senior Project Manager, collaborating on some of the most complex, extravagant and beautiful homes in NYC.

In the Fall of 2016 during a period of transition at Taocon, Daniel realized the time was right to start his own venture, creating Harty Built on a solid foundation of professional experience and dedication to excellent customer service. Today Harty Built continues to bring that same client-focused mindset to every construction project, with a growing family of professionals delivering quality, precision and dependable results with pride throughout every project stage.
